Oh My! Handmade Goodness: new opportunities + a whole lot of soul dancing

Are you a creative entrepreneur? If so, I REALLY hope you’ve been taking advantage of Oh My! Handmade Goodness and the incredible resources that it has to offer. Editor (and serious contender for The Sweetest Person award) Jessika Hepburn along with over 30 contributors have collaborated to create a community unlike anything I’ve had the pleasure of stumbling upon before.

This pretty much sums up our relationship.

Laura: Where the heck do people get basic shipping supplies? Why is it so hard to find a plastic bag?

OMHG: Boom. Covered.

Laura: TOO MANY IDEAS. NOT ENOUGH BRAIN SPACE.

OMHG: I gotchu’, girl.

Laura: Maybe if I charge $XXX less, this person will hire me..

OMHG: Nope. Stop, just, stop it, stop right there. Cut it out.

As you can see, the relationship is pretty one sided. For now… as Oh My! Handmade Goodness is launching a brand-spankin’-new community center that will absolutely change how creative entrepreneurs grow their businesses. As someone who 1000% fits into that category, I cannot even describe how many soul-happy-dances this opportunity evokes within me. OMHG will offer classes, supportive forums, a bookstore, and (my favorite part) a vendor marketplace!

Our new vendor marketplace will be curated to meet our high standard of awesome and is going to transform how creative entrepreneurs shop for the services and supplies they need to grow their businesses. No more getting lost trying to navigate where to find trusted sources for illustration, logo and web design/development, business mentorship/coaching, photography, printing, product packaging + all the businessy goodness in between!  The Oh My! Marketplace will showcase the best of our creative community with the entrepreneurs who need it, all packaged pretty in one friendly place.

Pretty cool, right? For a limited time Jessika is offering a year-long vendor membership for the mind-boggling low price of $150. I hopped on that train so fast, you wouldn’t believe. This will be an amazing opportunity for Paper & Honey to grow with the help of other like-minded creative businesses, as well as offer my own services of branding and paper goods design. If there were a word for my excitement it would be A;GKJHAF;GHA;FG.

I’m so excited for what’s in store. Time to get to work.

We *are* using their printing presses, though.

This ain't your granddaddy's print shop.
